100 laughs a day is equal to 10 minutes of exercise!
How can it can get any easier than that?

Self-love is the only weight-loss aid that really works in the long run.
    - Jenny Craig

Having lost weight over the past few years, a lady was discarding things from her wardrobe that no longer fit.

Her seven-year-old niece was watching as she held up a huge pair of slacks.

“Wow,” the lady said, “I must have worn these when I was 183.”

Her niece looked puzzled, then asked, “How old are you now?”

So, three blondes walked into a bar… the brunette ducked…

I’m blonde, so I hear a lot of these… lol, and I just realized how many things I do from the list above…

  7. readytoemerge @ August 26th, 2008

I was originally a blonde, so it took me a couple minutes to get Tinas joke…ha ha.

Here’s one for you, hope it helps.

Two elderly women were out driving in a large car, both women barely large enough to see over the dashboard.

As they cruised along, they came to an intersection. The stoplight was red, but they just went right on through.

The woman in the passenger seat thought to herself, “I must be losing it, I could have sworn we just went through a red light.”

After a few more minutes, they came to another intersection, the light was red, and again they went right through.

This time, the passenger was almost sure that the light had been red, but was also concerned that she might be seeing things.

She was getting nervous, and decided to pay very close attention.

At the next intersection, sure enough, the light was definitely red, and they went right through it.

She turned to the other woman and said, “Mildred! Did you know we just ran through three red lights in a row? You could have killed us!”

Mildred turned to her and said,
“Oh my goodness! Am I driving?

Ok, at the end of that one I LOL—literally… got a weird look from the boss-lady!

And I didn’t even have to think about it like the first time I heard that bar joke!!
