1 POUND!!!
1 POUND!!!!! 1 FREAKING POUND!!!!! 
I for once am at a loss for words, I did everything food wise right, kicked my workouts up a notch!!!! Guess I really am at my plateau!!!!
I am going to up my calorie intake in an effort to jump start my metabolism and continue my work outs and just wait this out I guess!!! ![]()
Suggestions??? Comment????Advice?????????

Awwwwwwww…girl it will get better. Keep up the work and they will fall off!!
Best thing is to stay consistent, I would up the cardio instead of the calories. Hang in there, it will come off. Hugs, Kama

I know the frustration you feel but hang in there.
I agree with Kama I would up the cardio at least a bit. Thats what worked for me when I got ’stuck’.
Sometimes our bodies can be so stubborn and I think if you shock it a bit that gets things moving again.
Congrats on 1 pound though. Thats so much better than nothing and WAY WAY better than a gain.
