OMG!!! What a weekend I had!!
Okay so to start off with the GOOD of course!!
Went to the Bridal Expo on Sunday, and had a pretty good time!!! My mom came up and my friend Ashlyn from work went. There were so many vendors and so many awesome prizes being given away!! We had a blast. They even had Bridal Idol where the brides were competing like on American Idol for a all-inclusive 6 day cruise!! yeah didn’t compete but it was a blast to watch. There were sooooo many vendor and some really great stuff. One of the things that I saw there that I thought was really neat that I hadn’t thought of before was a phot booth!! They have companies that rent photo booths for your wedding, like the ones at a carnivals, for all your guests to get instant take home photos, plus you get a cd of all the pictures for yourself, and website cards that all the guests can take home and look at all the pictures. Below are some of the pictures that we took int he booth there. They are kinda goofy becuase there really wasn’t any warning , it just took pictures every ten seconds but it was fun!!! And also you could choose black an white or color!!Me and my mom:

We had a good time!! And I amgettign off to a good start on winnign stuff to get my wedding paid for!! I won Kris’ (the groom) tuxedo and the ring bearer tuxedo, so free is good!!!! Also, I got the dress from my mom!!! And I can’t zip it up yet, but I got it on and already love it and it is only going to start looking better and better as it fits more and more!! Here is a not very good picture, btu it will get better!! 
Okay, so now to the BAD!!!
Well, not really really bad but hey I had a theme going here right!! I am having some kind of allergic reaction to somethign and my face looks horrible!!! and it hurts!! I have all these tinie tiny little bumps all over my face. They aren’t pimples they are just little bumps, looks like a rash!! And when i woke up this mornign my eye was almost completely swollen shut, btu just one of them!! Really weird!! So i look crazy but that is fine. And just in case you thinking, it isn’t the wedding dress, i just got it Sunday and this started Friday morning!! That would not be good if it was that!!!!!
OKAY now to the UGLY!!!
And this is really ugly!!! So I was at the bridal expo and things were great and we were having fun and of course and as always someone has to be stupid and ruin things!! So, my mom had a knee replacement a month or so ago, so she still has a slight limp btu she is walking very well!! But since we were goignt o be walkign around pretty much all day, so she brought her little walker thingy!! So we got there at about 1:00pm and the grand prizes (which you had to be present to win) was not until 5:30pm, so we decided to let my mom sit and watch the fashion shows around 4:45 and save us seats and we walked around some more. I wanted her to try all the cakes, so we found a cake booth and I told Ashlyn “I am going to run this cake to my mom real quick and I will be right back” and to my shock the woman there handing out the cake said to me, and I quote ” I would like to see you run!”. It wasn’t so bad what she said as how she said it, as if, your fat ass wouldn’t run if you were being chased by a pack of anry wolves!! i was kinda in disbelief. I mean it is a wedding expo, I have the big ole gold thing they made you wear announcing I am the bride and you are here trying to get business!!! Why the hell would I want my wedding cake made by someone sooo rude. I was floored. Really uncalled for, just ridiculous!! So i take the cake and go take it back to my mom and Ashlyn and I tell her what happened and she is pissed!! I think I was just kinda numb with shock or I would have went off myself!! So my mom got up, and stormed to the booth, without her walker and went off!! Turns out the woman who said it is the owner of the cake company. Just a plain outright bitch and really made no appologies for her rudeness!! It was just ridiculous!! I just don’t understand people sometimes. i eman if i can’t not be harrassed for being fat at one period of my life I would think it would be for my wedding, but I guess it doesn’t matter who, what or when, mean spiritedness can strike at any time!!!!!!!
So that was my yesterday!! All in all I had a great time!!! Hope you all had a great weekend!! And ahve a good week!!!!

Comments(6) So, yes when i first received the ring it was just more liek a promise ring, but as things progress we all know how it goes. So I just wanted to let you guys know my ring IS an engagement ring, and we are in discussions to narrow down a date, btu yes I am getting married!!! 
We are thinking sometime around September or October of 2008!!
Gotta really hit the gym now to get into my moms dress.

Comments(2) Man, I was a little late to work this morning, only like 10 minutes!!! I did not want to get out of bed, everything hurts!!! I have really been going hard core since I am just getting back into things after being sick, and man am I sore!!! NO PAIN NO GAIN RIGHT!!!! But so far, of course unofficial since my weigh in day is Saturday, I have lost 5 more pounds this week!!!! Whooo Hoo, might not have the energy to get up and dance to celebrate but I am dancing on the inside!!!! WHOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO I am really considering not going to the gym tonight, and maybe just dragging Kris to the park or the stadium to do some walking or something, don’t know, i will probably still end up int he gym but I am just exhausted!!!!! If i do go, it will definitly be just a light work out today!!!

The Pastor’s Ass
The pastor entered his donkey in a race and it won. The pastor was
so pleased with the donkey that he entered it in the race again, and
it won again. The local paper read: PASTOR’S ASS OUT FRONT.
The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered
the pastor not to enter the donkey in another race. The next day
the local paper headline read: BISHOP SCRATCHES PASTOR’S ASS.
This was too much for the Bishop, so he ordered the pastor to get
rid of the donkey. The pastor decided to give it to a nun in a
nearby convent. The local paper, hearing the news, posted the
following headline the next day: NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN.
The Bishop frainted. He informed the nun that she would have to get
rid of the donkey, so she sold it to a farmer for $10. The next day
the paper read: NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10.
This was too much for the Bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back
the donkey and lead it to the plains where it could run wild. The
next day the headlines read: NUN ANNOUNCES HER ASS IS WILD AND
FREE.
The Bishop was buried the next day. The moral of the story
is……..being concerned about public opinion can bring you much
grief and misery….even shorten your life.
So be yourself and enjoy life.
Stop worrying about everyone else’s ass and you’ll be a lot happier
and live longer!

Comments(6) I just have to get on and post because I was filled with so many emotions watching the biggest loser tonight, and not the ones I normally have.
First, Ohhhh our girl Amber pissed me off!! I can’t believe she complained and then walked out of the workout!! Then manipulated her way out of being voted off!! I mean come on people you need good team members this early in the game or you aren’t going to have a team left!!! I guess they can tell themselves they did the right thing cuz ole girl only lost 2 pounds also, but she just seemed to be alot more willing. I know it is hard and she probably really does miss her kids, but Bob is right. She has one hell of an opportunity and she just doesn’t seem to appreciate it. It is hard, really hard, but I just keep telling myself I had plenty of fun and rest all these years wehn I was packing this weight on, now is time to work!!I don’t know, I just seem to take everything so personally, I mena she isn’t hurting me, but I just feel liek she is taking a space that someone else could really be getting all there is to get out of the experience. But I just have to say, due to past experiences, i really hope this doesn’t offend anyone, just my opinion. I eman I just felt that we have people on here that are putting in alot of work and loose more than 2 pounds continually, on thier own, and I just really hope she steps it up!
On a whole, I guess I have just been spolied by previous seasons ( HEll previous week!!! also), the numbers just seemed to be kinda low considering the amount of time they have them working out and stuff. I mena it is like a bunch of them said on the show after they weighed in, yeah in the normal world these numbers are great, but you just expect more out of the biggest loser!
Just wondering if I was the only one who felt this way?
Comments(2) man i am posting alot of blogs today!!! Well one last thing, I have been watching the Discovery Health Channels short series called the truth about Food. It is very interesting and they have even more information on the website to go along with each show. Last night one of the ones i watched showed how they did an experiment to show how adding additional fiber to your diet aides in digestion and really does help!!! There is just alot of fad diets and myths out there about food, so it is really neat to see some of them proven scientifically or flat out proven wrong!!!
