Suggestions PLEASE!!!!
Okay so I am doing all my exercise and sticking really well to my meal plan, and I am loosing weight!! ( Unofficial 4 pounds so far this week, but I don’t caount them till my weigh in day which is monday, but if it is so, then i have crossed the 50 pound barrier!!!!!!!!! WHOOO HOOO, it would actually put me at 52!!! not since I have been on buddy slim, but since I ahve started my weight loss endeavour as a whole!!!), but the part where I need suggestions is, i am not really loosing inches anymore. Before I was loosing major inches but the pounds were lagging behind, but now I am loosing pounds, but not inches?????? Does anyone have some suggestions for some good inch loosing workouts, or somehting I should try to increase my inches lost??? I really appreciate any suggestions, thanks guys!!!

Hang in there…I think it is just a body balancing thing. I love to see inches lost more than pounds lost, but a girl has to giver herself a break every once in a while. I say, keep workin at it like you have been and see where you are in a month or so…as long as you stay OP and positive, it will all catch up to you. Good Luck!!
The only thing I know is Tae-bo! And the inches fall like crazy. There is this Yoga booty workout I heard about it’s more like dancing have to check it out for you! But even though some of the tae-bo moves are tough the easy ones still work wonder on breast, waist thighs etc.
I have been doing the Walk away the pounds videos and I have noticed a big difference in inches lost doing this video than in anything else I have ever done.
Don’t know what exercises you are doing, but light weights and lots of reps really help tone and get the inches down.
I have a gazelle at home and have been using it a few weeks and notice I am losing some inches. But I also agree with Angela the Tae-bo is an awesome workout. It will get you moving! I have one of the beginners tape. But haven’t used it in a while.

I totally agree with Angela, Tae-bo takes the inches right off. It is so much fun to do too. Great job on loosing the weight you are doing great. Keep up the hard work.

When I did Tae-Bo, I also noticed my clothing was looser. I also have a Walk Away the Pounds dvd, which is helpful because you are using your upper body also. Using free weights (I use 3lbs.), do the seated reverse, bicep curls, seated dumbell press, and the all-time favorite — squats. Doing strengthening exercises three times a week, 1 to 2 sets of low reps (10-12) ACTUALLY WORK! With my small weight loss, I have found my clothes look better on me! I see the inches lost. Now I need to put air in the ‘ol Bean and begin working on the “gut”. Good Luck!!
So as you can see my dear sweet friend - TAE-BO wins hands down! And you will lose quickly even doing it 3 times a week!!!
