So, I am sure you are all dying to know what my accomplishment was and here it is………………………

So I went out Friday night for my date night with Kris and I wore just jeans and a cute top!!!  And no, that is not me!!! Ha ha, I wish!!!!!!!! And I know for some this may be nothing, but for me it is big. Jeans have been one of my biggest nightmares!!! I can never find jeans that look good at me. One issue is I am only 5′4 1/2 ”, which is not short!!! (in Texas the average height for a femail is 5′4”!!!!!) but I am definitly low waisted, my torso is much longer than the bottom. I just have short legs, which is why always wear skirts, in my heard the shorter the skirt, the longer it makes your legs look!!! Then there is also the issue that I have like no butt and hips at all!! So when I finally find ones that fit in the waist then they are huge in the legs, or if they fit in the legs then I can’t button them in the waist!!! But I finally got a pair, well actually i ahve had them forever, they are my “skinny jeans!!” (Shout out to all the Sex and the City fans, who will appreciate this post more than any!!!)!! Well so kris and I were getting ready to goa nd I did not really feel like getting “did up” so I grabbed them and pulled them right on no problem!!! I was extatic. Some back info., but anyone who knows me knows I am the perpetual “did up” girl.  I never leave the house without make-up, my hair done, and my clothes matching. I don’t know, it might sound dumb but as a “plus size” woman I feel a certain need to “represent” us well. I just feel like we are all so often lumped together as “big girls” or whatever term is being used these days, and I feel this need to always look my best, just because I would hate for that one time for someone to see me looking like crap, and feel reassured as to whyt hey don’t date ‘big girls” cuz they look like crap. i mean we all ahve off days, but I know everyone on here has been out at least once and see a plus sized woman who looks like she really just does not care in the least and I don’t know about anyone else, but for me, i take it personal, like she is out there doing “us” wrong!!! Soem may disagree, but it is just how I feel. So I was so excited to be able to just go out in some jeans and a tee and still feel like I was out there rocking it!! Also have to add I did get a few looks, just liek when I am all did up, so I was very excited!! All in all it was a pretty good weekend!!!!!
