2 Pounds this Week!!! 15 down, 85 to go!!!!!

Soooo… I weighed in and I lost 2 pounds this week. I am happy that I lost something!!!!! I have been bustin my butt in the gym and I am seeing major progress in my body. My clothes are fitting much better and my inches are coming off, so I am not going to get too discouraged about the numbers on the scale!! I am still on target to make my 100 pound goal by December so it is all good!!!!!!!!!!!

Nervous about Sat. weigh in!!!

I am sooo nervous about Saturday weigh in. I mean I have been sticking to my diet hard core, and exercising like crazy!! And I have only weighed once so far this week, and I had not lost anything. I did weigh after a work out, and on a different scale than my usual one, but it still freaks me out. But on a bright note, I did do my body fat and it is down .8% so i guess that is good. I am just getting a little discouraged, but it is also 1:00 am and I just finished working out, so maybe I am just tired. Wish me luck for my weigh in tommorrow!!! GO JAGS!!!!!

Help!!!!
Okay so I have a completely obsessive compulsive personality, and lucky for me it seems to work on just about anything. So I am addicted to working out. I mean all I think about is going to the gym. How good I am gonna look when this weight is gone, and what my next workout is gonna be. I sit at work all day waiting for the time to pass so I can get home, gte changed and get to the gym. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining, in my opinion that is a good thing, but the problem is, I am having a hard time on my food. Not that I am eating badly or succuming to cravings, it is just the opposite. I am having a hard time reaching my 2,000 calories a day. Plus with all this working out, my body is comstantly wanting food, but I don’t know what to really eat to be fulfilled and btu not blow my diet.I mean I am eating alot of salads and chicken breasts and veggies, but I need some good, high protein, low carb, low fat snack foods. Any suggestions???????????????

Vitalicious???

Has anyone ordered these. I have a killer sweet tooth and am looking for somehtign that still tastes good btu will not kill me. I mena I have been doing fine without, but I saw their ad on here, and I went to their website and they look pretty good with less than 100 calories, but I don’t liek the carb numbers. I mean I know they say you can subtract the fiber fromt eh carbs, btu I don’t liek doing that. I prefer to just stay under my carb amounts period!! Man i am liek the carb Nazi!! I am so hard on myself. Shame on me!!!

I just have to ask??

I was just wondering. I am looking at alot of profiles, and I see alot of home makers on here. I am just wondering if as a house wife, or home maker, do you feel that contributed to your weight gain. I don’t have any children and work a full time job, and kinda always plan too. But I now live with my boyfirend and we have started the marriage and kids talks, and he has commented ont eh fact that he would prefer a more mom at home dad at work lifestyle for his children.I mean in this day and age it really isn’t financially that easy anymore to live that way, and I am career motivated. I never dreamed of a husband and kids I dreamed of a career! I was just interested to see where people stood on this and see if that was a factor or not. Thanks

I finally did it!!!!!!!!

I finally made it a mile of laps in the pool!!! Last tiem I only made it to 23, in my pool 35 1/2 is a mile, so I was determined to make it this time and I did!!!!

I am feel sooo good, but i think this is all starting to catch up with me a little. I did 1 hour of aerobics, walked 2 miles, and did a mile in the pool!!!! I still feel good today but I ended up falling asleep last night at like 9:00pm, and Saturday I fell asleep in the middle of the day for 2 hours!! I am an insomniac so that is really strange for me. Oh well!!!! I am still happy!!!

Even more reason to loose!!!

I forgot to mention. I was talking about my weight loss at work, and the owner’s wife sid if I loose the weight, she will take me shopping anywhere, I want and get me a fabulous Christmas dress, for our company Christmas party!!!! Oh yeah!!! I hope she realizes this is gonna happen!!!! I love fancy dresses, and I am most excited about being able to just go to JCPenny or Macy’s to get one!!!!!!

13 down!!!!! 87 to go!!!

I know I know, before everyone jumps on me, I know 13 pounds in one week is way to high, but I just started the 6 week program at Curves and it is said the first week the weight loss will be drastic!!! And it was. But just to be on the safe side I am going to raise my calories to 2,100 and make sure i don’t do more then 2 hours a day in the gym, I averaged about 3 and 1/2 hours a day last week.

Okay, so now that that is out of the way, let me say I am exstatic!!!! I know for sure now I am gonna reach my goal of 100 pounds by December!!! Yeah, well heading to the gym to do my mile in the pool!!! Have a great day and Happy Mother’s Day to all!!!!!!!!!!!!
