Kinda down today
Hmmmm, I feel kinda down today. Don’t really have much of a reason, well kinda but not really anything I want to discuss, but anyway. Just not feeling very happy today!!!!!!! But I am still gonna work out today!!! No MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!! 

What a bummer…I don’t like one of my favorite buddies down. Just know that whatever it is..it will be alright. Keep your head up!!!! Come on buddy!!!

I’m so sorry you’re feeling down today Toni…but I know exactly how you feel cuz I’m there with you. Just don’t seem to have much to be excited about and I’ve lost an additional 4 pounds.
I think we should both just hang in there and hopefully, soon, this darkness that has washed over us (me, anyway), will go away.
