Late start to a new week!!!
I love 3-day weekends but I hate the week after. I always feel a day behind on everything, and with my gym and Curves being close yesterday, i don’t feel my work-out week got the normal Monday jump!!! But that is okay I will just push it the rest of the week!!! Aiming high this week. Hoping to make it to 4 pounds down this week so I can make it to 20!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ll keep you posted on my progress!!!!!!!!

just think… Friday comes that much faster…and you can work out double on Saturday because you’ll be more rested!!! :) Good Job with the 1 lb too… and good luck with the 4 this week… I’m aiming for a similar goal…
