Much Better Today!!!!!!!!!!

thanks to everyone for all the advice and your concern. i ahve reworked my diet and I am going to take 2 days off a weeka nd not do a vigorous 3 hour work out int he gym. i can’t promise I will not do anything on those days, but it will be light!! I PROMISE!!! I am getting off work early today so I should make it to the deep water aerobics class in my gym and then I will fiish the day off with 30 minutes ont he treadmill and my Curves work out!!! That is not to bad especially considering I took yesterday off after a harsh talking to from my doctor!!!! and pretty much everyone on here and everyone else I know. I did stick to my 2,000 calories and I got in 1,800 so that is good for me. I feel much better and I got myself some Centrum so i could make sure to get my vitamins. I weighed in this morning and it looks like only 1 pound weight loss for this week but my official weigh in date is not until tomorrow, so I am gonna hold out hoping that maybe I can loose one more. I am actually at 1.6 but it doesn’t do the fraction of a pound on here, so i am hoping to loose that last .4, so i can at least make 2 pounds this week. Wish me luck!!!

And I ahve to give a special shout out to Angela and Cindy cuz they we extra concerned and sent me soem really good advice, so thanks ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!

You go girl! And when we meet out goal in which we have the same one and mini -goal ! We’re going shoppin lol Thank you too! I miss Josie haven’t heard from her in a few days! but keep your head up and stay stong. I’m on a mac computer so I’m still trying to figure out how to get my pics on here. My daughter says you look like Jill Scott! I said yeah she does! So here’s to you superstar!!!

Ha ha, that is too funny. people tell me I look like her all the time. I just don’t see it, but it is too funny, becuase I hear it like once a day. people stop me when i am out and tell me that. I guess it is the chubby cheeks. Josie is doing well. Her bday was yeasterday but she was good. So iam proud of her. Everyone on here is such a good support and does so well. I am sooo glad I found you guys and this site!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again.
